“Maimun” is a Megrelian “monkey”, but what do you think? A large, colorful restaurant from the Ginza Project holding, designed for 300 people, is located on the ground floor of the Pribaltiyskaya Hotel, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. There are two main areas of cuisine: Georgian and Pan-Asian.
In the design of the restaurant, the original, eclectic east was mixed with the Nordic, Baltic restraint.
In the main menu there are dishes for every taste. Popular Caucasian specialties, charcoal dishes, including steaks, fish from their own smokehouse, Asian noodles, seafood, as well as classics of European and Russian cuisine, such as salad with poached egg and herring under a fur coat, are widely represented here.
