Author's restaurant on the embankment of the Griboedov Canal. The concept of the restaurant is built around working with farm products and collaborating with small wineries around the world. The menu at the Commons Restaurant is focused on seasonal local produce.
The final list includes a little more than 20 dishes, including green pea guacamole, corn hummus and riet from vegetables. The wine list contains about one hundred items, divided into seven blocks due to geographical or stylistic features. Thus, the Burgundians section was dedicated to the French Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the name Rodina was assigned to the section with Russian short-lived wines, and in Natural Resistance they paid attention to organic and biodynamic samples. When designing the space, the designers chose wine color as the leading one: it has a concrete floor, a marble panel on the wall, and covers for devices. The open kitchen at Commons was finished with malachite marble.
