The interior of the Bullhouse is bright and homely. The menu is extensive and varied. Guests are offered Italian dishes, and Japanese cuisine, and Russian classics - herring under a fur coat, green cabbage soup, etc. Of particular note are steaks, the preparation of which uses marbled meat brought from Australia and South America. Here they are preparing both purely “male” ribeye, tournedo, New York, and diet flank and the gourmet's dream of filet mignon.
