At the heart of the concept is an introduction to the most ancient way of cooking - over an open fire.
The menu is based on Mediterranean and Oriental dishes prepared on the grill, as well as in the Pompeii oven. The largest section of the menu is grilled dishes - from steaks, kebabs and barbecue to skewers khachapuri. One of the most interesting items is a charcoal doner. The card contains 17 wines by the glass and more than a hundred bottle positions, the price of which starts at 2500 rubles.
In the design of the space were used natural materials: wool, leather and stone. A recognizable design element was the living olive tree.
