There is a wonderful restaurant Nomo on Italian 2. From the Greek name translates as "law". The restaurant team knows all the laws of the restaurant sector, the right delicious cuisine and quality service. Patronized by Alexander Pozdnyakov (Must, Ginza Project restaurants). The wine list is collected by the sommelier chef Polina Melnikova, the author’s cocktails are invented by Vladislav Kuznetsov (both from Kuznea House).
The menu is mainly dominated by seafood dishes. The concept of the menu is also not simple: there are no names in it, only the three main ingredients are listed. For example, Salmon. Tarragon. Cheese or Potato. Crab. Avocado.
There are five desserts in the sweet food section, each of which is dedicated to one of the world's oceans - the Pacific, Indian, Atlantic, North and South. All desserts are the work of pastry chef Julia Fomicheva. She is also responsible for the bread that is baked in a restaurant and served with whipped butter.
The interior is dominated by various shades of blue, and the main material was wood. The Nomo 75 seats also have two contact bar counters.
