Italian cafe at the intersection of Pionerskaya Street and Bolshoi Prospect P.S. The Pio Nero space was divided into two zones: a hall with a contact bar and a view of Pionerskaya street and a hall with an open kitchen, where the central place is occupied by a large table for companies. They decorated both rooms with elements of Italian buildings: a vaulted brick ceiling and Pompeii frescoes.
The key dishes on the menu are Roman pizza and homemade pasta. The basis for pizza is prepared using a special technology: the kneaded dough is left for 14 hours, then it is molded and allowed to ripen for 6 hours. Then the cakes are baked in electric ovens, and then frozen. The result is a light and crispy pizza that can be cooked quickly. Five types of base paste are molded in Pio Nero: rigatoni, kazarechi, bigoli, fettuccine and spaghetti.
They are cooked according to classic Italian recipes: with tomato sauce, with vegetables, with seafood, with meat stew. The wine list includes 13 items that are updated every month. The cocktail card is divided into two parts: the main one with classic mixes and twists and seasonal offers.
