Petrusha is a modern interpretation of traditional gastronomic traditions.
The restaurant's kitchen is built around local products. Now 95% of purchased products are buyers from the nearest regions. All fish are from the Barents Sea, raps are from Montenegro, caviar travels from Kamchatka. They say that the Bryansk region, the duck is quite local - from Leningrad farmers who grow it specifically for the “Petrusha” of the right size.
The menu in "Petrush" is conditionally divided into classic dishes and author's cuisine. In the first category, you can choose the usual dumplings, pancakes or cutlets, but in a more interesting presentation. The second part is modern Russian cuisine.
